Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Computer (Especially in MS Word & Excel) & smartphone operating skills are mandatory.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle (having a valid driving license)
Responsibilities & Context
Context:
The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting and selling animal feed products to the targeted audience. This role combines a deep understanding of the product, market dynamics, and the unique needs of livestock farmers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
- Product promotion to the clients.
- Propose & Implement different plans for increasing sales.
- Demand creation.
- Achieve the Sales target of the assigned territory/area.
- Sourcing New Products.
- Conduct frequent Farms & Dealer visits.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Communication with the customers for sales and promotional activities.
- Formulate strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve the target.
- Any other job assigned by the Management.
